For BoundrixAI, we process AI request/response data solely to provide the governance service. No AI request content is stored beyond the retention period specified in your plan.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect to: provide and improve our services, respond to your communications, send product updates (with consent), and generate anonymized analytics to improve BoundrixAI.

3. BoundrixAI Data Processing

BoundrixAI processes AI requests as a data processor on your behalf. We act as the data controller for our own business data and as a data processor for your AI request data. No training is performed on customer data. All AI traffic can be configured for zero-retention.

4. India DPDP Act Compliance
