Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shoppeal Tech services or BoundrixAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Shoppeal Tech provides AI product development services, consulting, and the BoundrixAI AI governance platform. Service terms specific to BoundrixAI are governed by the BoundrixAI Service Agreement executed at signup.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, content, documentation, and other materials delivered to you under a services engagement become your property upon full payment. BoundrixAI platform intellectual property remains owned by Shoppeal Tech.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoppeal Tech's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
